Brazil’s economy is now the 6th largest in the world

Brazil has displaced UK from the 6th position in the list of the largest economies of the world. According to BBC News, Brazil is now worth $2.52 trillion whereas UK is worth $2.48 trillion. This is in accordance with the predictions that were made in 2010 (see chart below (obtained from BBC)).
