Premiere Boxing League Roundup

By Sinethemba Mandyoli    02-Feb-2015 10:00 UTC+02:00 1

The premiere Boxing league finished in style and there was too much suspense on the afternoon. The Biggest winner was a young man from Mount Fletcher, Xolisani “Nomeva” Ndongeni. Like the yesteryear’s Bhaca warriors Xolisani was unfazed by the depth and competitiveness of his division. He brushed aside all the seasoned competitors such as Vusumzi Bokolo, Vusumizi Tyatyeka nad Grant Fourie to claim the 1 million rand price. He also begged a Lightweight division’s 200 thousand price money.

Toto Helebe and Mzuvukile Magwaca also came with Unanimous decision wins against their opponent. That landed Toto a first price in his division while Magwaca was undone by a knockout win of Makazole Tete. Even winning by a clear margin could not help Magwaca into top spot in the Flyweight division but he begged a lot of admiration from the fans and media at large.

Overall winner Xolisani Nomeva Ndongeni Won R1 Million
