The SA Institute for Drug-Free Sport (SAIDS) has announced that the B-sample of Comrades marathon winner Ludwick Mamabolo has tested positive for the banned stimulant methylhexaneamine.
The results of the A-sample were revealed about a month ago. A B-sample had to be taken to confirm the results of the first test. According to the SA Institute for Drug-Free Sport, Mamabolo will now face a charge of doping at an independent tribunal.
